Fit Faith

Mondays @ 6 p.m.


Fit Faith is a great class for anyone who has ever felt like they are not ready, good enough, fit enough or thin enough to go to the Gym.  This class is about acceptance, encouragement, goal setting and LOVE. 

Class Format:  Low level Zumba, exercise, and discussion and encouragement.

Class will be led by Instructor:  LeAnne Hall who has lost over 140lbs WITHOUT surgery.
