You can earn a point by attending Barbara's Nutrition Class on Tuesday at 5:15. Get great tips and learn how to eat healthier and make better choices.
This week you will need 35 points to qualify for the free massage. Use the elliptical machine for 20 minutes, try a floor dance class with Pam or one of the 30 minute cardio/sculpt classes offered in the afternoons on Mon/Tue/Thurs at 5:30 to earn an extra point. You'll really need to focus this week to be sure you get 35 points and with pending bad weather conditions again this week, try to start early in the week!
Kids-come swim with us again this week! Tues and Friday from 3-4 for laps and stroke practice or come try a beginner spin class on Monday or Thursday at 5:30 pm.
