TBW-Total Body Workout

This class is for all fitness levels. Participants may use some or all of the following equipment; stability ball, floor mat, step, free weights, resistance bands and personal body weight. This class may include some cardio to elevate your heart rate but the emphasis here will be a variety of strength and core training exercises. This class is a fun way to build muscle and would be a great workout in itself or be a nice addition to your current fitness plan. This is a great workout for both males and females.
