We are excited to add a 30 minute spin class to our schedule. This class is especially for those interested in cycling but don't feel like they are ready for the full hour class. This would also be a great class for the kids to try. The next Beginners' Spin Class will on Thursday at 4:30, get there early! With a limited number of bikes, it's first come first serve. Bring a swimsuit in case you don't get there in time to reserve a bike and swim a few laps in the pool or take the 30 minute aerobic cardio class if you can get there before it begins! Can't be there by 4:30 on Thursday? Watch the news while you burn calories on a treadmill, stationary bike, crossfit or other machine of your choice. We look forward to your visit with The Gym in Oneonta.
