If you're looking for an intense, gritty, rigid workout, this is the class for you. Felicia is known for changing her workouts from class to class, giving her participants a wide variety, perfect for anyone who gets bored easily with habitual routines. This class may not be for beginners but you should be warned, she can become quite addicting. Although you can adjust your step from low to high depending on your fitness level, you'll need at least some experience in active workouts before committing to one of her classes. Those attending need to plan on participating in the full class from warm-up to cool-down. Felicia currently maintains this popular weekday class full of people of varying ages on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 a.m. Classes usually last one hour unless otherwise specified.

- Women over the age of 30 have been seen doing cartwheels, running for miles and eating healthier after beginning Felicia's classes.
