Cardio-Blast

Cardio-Blast is a great aerobic class for those wanting to try step aerobics for the first time and for seasoned exercisers alike. Instructors pack a lot into these 30 minute classes using the adjustable step for the majority of class time or in intervals alternating high energy step exercises sure to get that heart rate up with short weight sessions in between, using their judgement when the steppers arrive. Without a doubt, if you have only few minutes to spare at the gym, this will be the class for you. Check out our schedule (click here) for available classes. Guests are reminded that they are welcome anytime to our gym ($7 guess passes available) except for Tuesday afternoons after 2 p.m. This time has been reserved for members only.
