This 45 minute class is a great way to add a workout to your existing fitness plan such as jogging, spinning, or swimming. If you think you aren't coordinated enough to attend a fast paced step class, Dance Fusion could be for you! This light cardio-dance class gets those arms pumping, cores tightened and hips moving without completely wearing you down.
