Hello healthy people!
We are about to begin our 4th week of the Fitness Challenge 2011. Your goals for next week: Reach 32 points and you'll be entered to win a free massage for the adults or a $15 gift card for the kids. The week's suggested activities which could earn you and extra point are Water Aerobics or Walk/Run for 1 mile without stopping.
Tuesday and Friday at 3:30 we have swim team practice-we'll be working on strokes so bring the kids. Check out the 'pages' section in the left column of the blog for more info on the aerobic schedules and personal training and much more.
Don't forget to turn in your weekly point tracker sheets by Monday and Tuesday we'll have another Nutrition Class...
